Returns are accepted within 24 hours with an associated photograph of the damaged item emailed to us from the date of delivery. Your order is not eligible for refund if it is damaged or stolen as a result of being left outside upon instruction of the courier or accidentally dropped by anyone else or yourself after being delivered.
