How does the subscription work?

Answer – You are charged one month from when you place your first order. If you do not wish to continue please cancel the subscription before the next payment in order to avoid receiving your parcel.

What happens if I change my payment details

Answer: you will have to re-subscribe again and will deliver your order if the last payment has been made.

What happens if I have travelled?

Answer: Your parcel will be returned, and you will be charged for the returned item, It is best for you to log in and reschedule your delivery date to when you will be at home.

What happens if my payment fails the first time?

Answer: We will retry again to take payment after 12 hours’ time.
